詐欺にもならないspamのお話
今朝、といっても完徹明けの朝なのだが、メールをチェックしていたら、「Domain Notification;MATUKEN
*1 This is your Final Notice of Domain Listing - EXAMPLE.COM*2」というメールが届いていた。
サブジェクト見て、１つ心当たりがあったのが、そのドメインのDNSからの金払え督促かな、と。いや、元々そのDNSは日本語対応していたフリーのDDNSサーバだったのが、流れ流れてどこかの会社に売られていき、日本語サポートもなくなり、結局付加機能はぜんぜんいらなかった(こちらのサーバも固定IPに変わったので、DDNS的な負荷もかからなくなっていた)ので、いくらかをドネーションして稼働しているはず、という感じの状態。なのでその方面で課金請求かドネーションのお願いを身逃していたか迷惑メールに入ってしまったのかなー、と思って本文を読んでみると、なんかおかしい。
ということで、その本文を、個人情報だけ変えて貼っておく。

って、１週間前に取ったドメインなのか。 で、まぎらわしく書いていてドメインの更新が来たのかと思ってしまうのだけれど、よくよく読んだら「うちのやっているドメイン名検索エンジンへの登録」とか書いてるし、足が付きにくくなるようFAXで送れとか支持してるし、「これは請求書ではない」とかいってうまく逃げようとしているし(,,ﾟДﾟ)
まー、インターネット関係の話で「今日がその締切当日です」なんてことはまずないけどねぇ。けっこう早いタイミングから早割とか言って、なんとか客の流出を防いでいるというのが現実的なところだし(,,ﾟДﾟ)
てなところで。
ちなみに、このメールのおかげで、このドメインの自宅運営をあきらめてとっととクラウドサービスに切り替えて、ついでにドメインのネームサーバも移動してちょっと整理した(,,ﾟДﾟ)
